First-Team Data Analyst Student

FC Midtjylland, in collaboration with ISI Højskolen, is offering a unique 12-month study programme designed for aspiring First Team Data Analysts. This opportunity combines practical, hands-on experience at FCM’s training ground with formal education and personal development at ISI Højskolen.

We are seeking open-minded, punctual, independent, and creative individuals who are eager to learn and contribute in a high-performance football environment.

Who Can Apply?
This programme is open to individuals currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a relevant sports or data-based educational programme.

Programme Overview:
As a First Team Data Analyst student, you will work closely with the Performance Analysis Department at FC Midtjylland. Your role will include:

• Coding training and match data
• Creating and maintaining dashboards
• Contributing to data collection, coding, and reporting
• Supporting key performance development projects across the First Team

Educational Component at ISI Højskolen:
Alongside your practical role, you will attend courses at ISI Højskolen. These include:

• UEFA C Coaching Licence
• FC Midtjylland’s Style of Play
• Specialist football disciplines
• Insights into Danish football culture
• Personal and professional development in a supportive environment

Additional Information:

• Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
• Personality: Curiosity, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset are valued
• Location: Accommodation provided at IBF Arena, adjacent to FCM training ground
• Financials: Programme is unpaid; board and lodging are fully covered
