Job Title: Academy Performance Analyst Intern

Reports to: Lead Academy Performance Analyst

Location: Bromley Football Club

Salary: Internship – Voluntary

Hours of work: Flexible – To Suit Your Studies

Start Date: July 2025

Purpose: An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the Bromley Football Club analysis team for the upcoming 2025/26 season in the Sky Bet League 2. The role would suit a driven and passionate undergraduate/postgraduate student who requires a placement as part of their studies and are seeking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with the filming of U18 & B team training and matches, using various equipment to a professional standard.
• Assist with the live coding and analysis of games in accordance with the club’s playing style and philosophy.
• Assist with the preparation of pre-match opposition reports and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of individual player clips for IDPs 
• Assist with the preparation and management of individual player reviews. 
• Assist with the updating of statistical databases.
• Support the management team in specific tasks to aid the coaches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Studying towards a sport related undergraduate/postgraduate degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT software.
• An ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
• An ability to be adaptable in the face of a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Hard-working and pro-active attitude with a commitment to CPD.
