Overview:

As a Football Strategy Analyst at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will play a central role in turning the club’s long-term vision into reality. Supporting both First Team and Academy departments, you’ll deliver strategic insights, monitor performance across projects, and help ensure that every part of the football operation is aligned with the Qadsiah Football Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Alignment

  • Support the development and refinement of the Qadsiah Football Strategy
  • Assist football departments during annual planning cycles, aligning objectives with the club’s vision
  • Develop structured project plans and frameworks for key cross-functional initiatives
  • Track and support implementation of strategic programmes across the football department

Insights and Reporting

  • Build and manage dashboards to monitor progress against strategic KPIs
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and visual reports for club management and board meetings
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders

Performance Monitoring and Risk Management

  • Define and track KPIs to measure departmental effectiveness
  • Identify strategic risks and propose data-informed mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to performance review processes and evaluation of departmental impact

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Serve as a connector between First Team, Academy, Recruitment, and wider football functions
  • Support the planning and delivery of collaborative projects and club-wide strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Sport Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Experience working in a high-performance football or sporting environment
  • Proficiency in building presentations and dashboards (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a variety of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and Spanish are an advantage

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the Middle East football landscape
  • Familiarity with performance data and reporting in elite sport
