🔍 About the Role:

As Performance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the coaching staff and players by delivering detailed performance insights, pre- and post-match analysis, and data-driven recommendations to help improve team and individual performance.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Film, code and analyse matches and training sessions

Provide detailed reports and feedback to coaching staff and players

Assist with opposition analysis and tactical preparation

Conduct player recruitment analysis to support scouting and transfer decisions

Maintain and manage performance databases and video libraries

Work closely with coaches to translate data into actionable insights

👤 Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a similar role at academy, semi-professional or professional level

Strong understanding of football tactics, recruitment strategies, and performance metrics

Proficient with analysis software (e.g., Hudl, Wyscout, Coach Paint, or similar)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Flexible and reliable, with availability on matchdays and key training sessions
