I came across this video and thought I would share it. It’s an adaptation of the Al Pachino – Any Given Sunday Speech. I’m sure that is probably the most over used soundtrack/video used to motivate players. There is no doubt that it is a great speech though, just a little over used.
Think about this! Why not get your manager, coaches, selectors or even players to read the speech in front of a camera. Then you can cut the best parts from the different speeches and you now have a great speech said by team members and managers. Add in some footage of the team in action and I think you will have one hell of a motivational video.
